There's really too many great things to choose one "best part." Excellent maternity/paternity leave. Company funded HSA + HRA benefits. Straight 401k contributions rather without any "match" requirements. Ongoing options grants to tenured employees. Great health insurance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't feel like my skill set is being used effectively or that the work I do is contextualized as part of a bigger picture. And if it does fit into a larger context, not everyone in the company is aligned on that context or even aware of it.
