What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary is good and the insurance/401K are better than a lot of my friends/family members get at their companies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Accommodating cost of living increase in the DMV along with performance-based compensation increase. Instead of handing out bonuses (which are highly taxed), incorporate the bonus into the annual compensation.

Approaching work with continuous improvement and humility

We invest in building connections with each other. The most tangible display of this is that (for those of us who work in our DC office) many of us choose to eat lunch at a large, shared table. We set aside to-do lists and unread emails to connect and enjoy the time.
