What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everything is positive. We are looking to change the world -- within the space of education and access to computer science for underrepresented students across the world. Our culture starts with our CEO, who is a warrior - a kind, gentlehearted warrior who inspires us on the daily.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team, although the "leaders" of our company, are on an equal playing field with the entire rest of the team. Our leaders are our backbone but everyone works in a shared space, in a door-open policy environment. It is a true all for one, one for all culture.
