They ONLY understand call centers, and at a tactical, not executive level. They try to run all other aspects of the business like call centers, even people w MBAs are swapped among job functions that aren?

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company has not given increments in almost 4 years and therefore our pay scale is below the market/industry averages now.

Compensation and benefits have increasaed in the indsutry. So when we recruit from outside, it is at a much higher cost. This created disparity among employees who are tenured. Recalibrating caomensation for older employees at time of annual reviews and appraisals is needed.

I do not feel undervalued. I just believe that our compensation is below industry standards. I think we need to revise our compensation structures.

No raise for 3 yes, no bonus, pathetic benefits at high employee cost. I easily got a job offer for 150% of my Conduent salary (not even counting bonus and equity).

What are some of the best things about your team?
I can't possibly say enough good things about my team. They work very hard. They care about each other and are intrinsically motivated to do a great job. They are intelligent, always eager to help, innovative, collaborative, just good people.

What gives me the greatest happiness in my work is that my boss empowers and trusts me to do my job and is flexible about how I get it done. She gives me opportunities to shine. Highly motivating!
