As much as they care about hitting goals, they care equally about their people.

It may seem silly but I like how personable and accessible the leadership team is. They're present, welcoming faces and it makes me feel like we're truly all one team (as opposed to feeling like it's us //wall// them)

I don't feel undervalued! I just feel like I'm doing a lot of work (more than the title would suggest) and would make more for the same work at other companies

Everyone is so welcoming and nice. We're human, we're not going to absolutely hit it off with everyonte; however, everyone puts their best foot forward and goes out of their way to be friendly, remember little details, etc.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Well, it has been a while, but the ability to do a complete pivot to full remote work including interviewing has been incredible!
