Everyone is willing to help each other out. I have never felt afraid to ask for help. We "raise" each other up.

The part is the employee assistance packages that Consilio offers. It makes me feel that Consilio really cares about my well being emotionally and physically.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The amount of involvement there is within the company. We have several "groups" we can join to make our voice heard and we never feel left out.
