Having started during Covid (Jul 2020), I have not physically met any of my colleagues in person however I have been made to feel part of the team very quickly. I have a good working relationship with my immediate team members and am building relationships with new colleagues whilst working remotely
What makes you most happy at work?
When everyone gets paid correctly and on time!

Great communication! There are regular town halls to keep everyone updated of changes within the business.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Always on hand to assist and support when help is needed. Regular bi-weekly calls helps in keeping everyone updated on business developments.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For employees to feel valued, communication is the key for individuals to feel they are in the loop with different aspects of change in the business and I feel Consilio strive to ensure they take the time to keep individuals updated.
