Good people who look for and support the good in others.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

No recognition for superior work. No one values the dedication and contributions the workers make.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The persons I work with really do care about a quality work product and strive to make that happen.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

30 years big firm experience should be valued. Paralegals make much more. I know, I know, it's not "our" model.

Those who are coachable and work hard to get it right. Those who recognize we are doing our best for the company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Recognition for great work. Don't wait months and months and months for pay increases after reviews. Too much emphasis on executive bonuses and not on managers and directors that do the work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

No one knows what is going on at all. They do not know the employees, have never interacted with them and do not know the contributions they make to the company. Frankly, shameful lack of interest.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The positions are paid far too low for some persons with many years of experience. Moreover, management does not seem to understand that hours generate revenue. They are more interested in cutting costs and suppressing salaries, than recognizing the value that strong employees bring to the company
