Overall it is good. I am not completely satisfied with my pay but I love the Company and my job.

Although most of us work from home, we make an effort to communicate with each other on a regular basis to get to know each other.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be able to apply for higher positions or at least higher paying positions in the same role. Too many people get hired at higher levels; we are not allowed to apply for those positions. Promotions within our group seem to be based on favoritism rather than seniority or just ability.
