They are very driven and bring tons of experience to the team.

If it was clear which salary employees qualify for bonuses/raises and if you do not.

They appear to have a good grip on the direction of the company, with growth in mind.

401K! I'm not 100% clear on all perks, or if there is a resource available to find out.

When there is a break after a long task/project that went very well, ending in a satisfied client.

It's a big company with visions of more growth. I work with a lot of "old coworkers" that I use to work with years back.
