I feel comfortable being myself and know that my colleagues are accepting of me as a person despite our differences.

My team has a lot of hard workers who are team players always willing to go above and beyond to help others.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think it's a fair compensation package, and I don't ever feel like I need to ask for a compensation increase because I feel the company compensates me well for the work that I do.
