Experience started rocky, causing massive disruption and departures. We are however are surrounded by great colleagues. I am optimistic the transition will continue to smooth out as the integration proceeds. Despite the extremely tough hurdles, the people are great, which is invaluable.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a fun group and while we encounter obstacles together, there's an emphasis to keep it light and professional. There is very little tolerance for negative and/or oppressive communication, which is extremely important and refreshing. It truly is a collaborative environment which is positive.

I'm driven by people and solutions. It brings me joy to motivate others, assist the field strategically to grow their desk, and work with colleagues to create efficiencies. Educating and consulting with clients, also makes me happy. Being empowered to make a difference, brings joy.
