Great company to work for overall and excellent learning environment on my team. I feel like I will be able to make a lot of progress in my career here. The only major issue I have is not having a choice on what insurance providers to use. You can choose a level but not the company.

Excellent place to work. Benefits and pay could be improved but the people and the quality of management are worth the lower pay. The size of the company allows for specialization, which is very helpful.

Being given tasks that align with what I am good at and enjoy doing. I have been increasingly given these types of projects. Ideas are valued here.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I could get paid better at other similar jobs in the market. The "merit-based" raise this year didn't even cover inflation so it was a downgrade in pay. I'm still grateful because it could be worse. But it does not give me confidence that the company will ever give me a real and meaningful raise.
