There is always an expert somewhere on any topic.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The responsibilities of my role have increased in scope and my head count has increased twofold. I feel that bonuses should not be counted as part of the total compensation package if it is also discretionary. I do not think yearly bonus payouts are fair if they are also discretionary.
