Overall, I have enjoyed my time with Consilio. While fairly brief compared to my time with my last company, I have taken and offered opportunities. I have been able to maneuver myself into positions that benefit the company and myself together. We both benefit from each other.

People do seem to care about the internal and external interactions. Caring means a lot.
What makes you most happy at work?
I believe that I am really good at my job and being able to problem solve daily is a strength I enjoy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in a role that encompasses two positions of higher responsibilities for 6 + months each and have not been compensated for those roles, while taking on the responsibility.
