We are eager to be a leading player in the marketplace, but much of our growth has been through acquisition. Integrations are grueling, as we try to onboard new colleagues, new processes, while managing existing tasks which have been impacted by attrition, poor training, and hasty integrations.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Morale of some employees is diminished because of increasing demands, micromanagement, extreme deadlines, and poor data output creating more work for others.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Recognizing individuals with tenure, experience, achievement for promotion. Acknowledge individuals desire to grow. Refrain from acquiring new companies until our own processes are established, reliable, and scalable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quality of life is negligible and Work/Life balance are severely unbalanced. Requirements of teams exceed available deadlines; lack of ownership and accountability from departments which have direct impacts on others in linear departments.
