The management is too busy to effectively manage people. My concerns and asks for assistance are often dismissed. My personal growth in the company is not a priority or concern. Yet, I've worked with some amazing people. Great people, bad management, and growth abilities.

Everything feels very impersonal, they need to connect better.

Being seen/heard, growing as a person and professionally, feeling accomplished.

Outside of various managers, the rest of my coworkers are agreeable and easy to work with.

Making a better effort to know and understand their team on the crowd. They seem distant and removed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A decent (at least matching inflation) annual raise. Immediate supervisors who care for me a s person and for my professional growth.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly, professional, easy to work with. The vast majority of my interactions with my team members, and those assisting outside the team, are pleasant if not enjoyable.
