The transparency, inclusion. We do get along.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have never been bored. There is always something to do. I like to find what is interesting first to get it done quickly and the best I can.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I can solve some problems. I like to turn "boring tasks" into interesting challenges. This is not always possible :) especially when you have to deal with "paper work"
