Delivering solid service to my clients and receiving positive feedback from them. Contributing to helping the company and revenue grow.

My co-workers and friends. Flexibility in terms of working from home and hours working (i.e. what times of day if need be).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base salary is not in sync with the number of years I have at the company, industry standards and the starting salary in my role and department.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My closest colleagues aren't particularly on my team, but those that I closely collaborate with and I consider family. We spend enough time working, it's great to do that with folks you enjoy and grow closer with.
