knowing the value you can bring to the accounts you support and always trying to do better, also being given freedom to know what's best

i really enjoy my role and that the company has the trust in me to take care of our most valued clients. i take that very seriously

frequent communication, they really seem to listen to what the employees care about and do what they can to address (even if the answer is not favorable - it is still an answer and not ignored

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

the trust that is installed in knowing that you will get your job done without micromanagement, there are plenty of programs available if you want to participate, but nothing is forced. It is evident that the company does try and cares about its employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I would prefer a higher base and less in terms of yearly bonus opportunity. If the yearly bonus is acheived, all is good, but it shouldn't really be considered part of your salary because it is not guaranteed. It is either achieve your target by 90% or nothing.

The reality is i have no idea with how i compare with my peers as there is not any salary ranges provided. I understand that this could be tricky based on all the acquisitions, but you are just left wondering . My compensation can/will be favorable if all requirements are met will my bonus structu
