Consilio is a good place to work. The Job is challenging and keeps me busy. I am able to mentor and guide lower level employees to help them succeed and have a few people I can look to for the same.

I feel like SPMs in the industry make more than I do. I also think that there should be a cost of living increase in addition to merit raises

when comparing salaries of others in my position in related companies, their salaries are much higher, even when researching Consilio salaries for my position, the salary range is significantly higher than what i am making. bringing me up to competitive wage
