Great experience thus far, the benefits are not very competitive though. HSA contribution should be higher in my opinion, as well as a higher 401k contribution, less holidays than most companies are offered.

I believe based on my productivity, I should be paid slightly more, I wouldn't say I am "undervalued"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
remote work allows me to work free of interruptions, but still allows me to interact with coworkers when needed to complete tasks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I enjoy my direct manager, I do not have an opinion on other leadership, as I do not have extensive experience working with them.
