Not all task are repetitive. Talking to my co workers. Talking to my team lead.

We share the knowledge to accomplish all the task. If there is one task we are having trouble withu team leads has a meeting to show us.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Keeping us in the loop. We have a weekly hosting meeting every week. I work evenings and they record the meetings. That is so thoughtful for all us who couldn't watch it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Out team leads / managers there to always help make something better. If it works they are open to change but it just seems we are past that and we have everything covered with SOPs.
