I like the collaboration and work environment of helping each other succeed. Work gets spread around so not one person is handling all the work for a single project.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My training, skills, degrees, and certifications are degraded with reception of under paid compensation when new hires with less training and experience are offered a starting pay at over 20% higher. The current compensation strategy is insulting as life financials grow at an excess rate.
