I love working for Consilio. I just don't like certain things about how our department is run. Slight changes and a few other little tweaks can make this a fantastic workplace for EVERYONE.

What are some of the best things about your team?
I like the team that I work on. All of my co-workers are knowledgeable in different areas and that's what makes us strong.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our department's upper management needs to change. They need to make our department happy and not make us a department here to make everyone else happy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our department is always overlooked. During ConsiliowWorld our VP had to explain who we are. That doesn't make us feel like part of the team. Compensation for a home office would be appreciated. We are using our personal internet and utilities and we have not gotten anything to help cover the costs
