Consilio is an exceptional company to work for. I am most proud of being part of such a large organization that is transforming the legal landscape on a global footprint. I find is fascinating how they continuously create opportunities for employees to interact, especially in a remote environment.

Hmm... I think my pay is slightly lower than average but my bonuses to date have made up for the difference.

They are smart but interesting. I like the diversity of my group and the unique personalities they bring to the table.

I like getting new projects setup and seeing the individuals on my team succeed and the company as a whole succeed.

they are approachable and work to make the rest of the team feel included in events and activities. I also enjoy the Consilio themed events.

Consilio leadership seems to try to do the right thing, even if that isn't always possible. I appreciate the variety of initiatives, groups, and most importantly, the opportunities I've been given to succeed at Consilio. I feel like the ball is in my court.
