My experience so far has been extremely positive. I work will always be challenging the but the teams I get to interact with on a daily basis are very impressive and helpful. The only negative so far is the consistent amount of change and I know that is a challenge to control.
Consilio has been a great fit for my skills and personality. I enjoy the unique challenges of serving eDiscovery clients while also helping solve industry wide problems. It is a great internal/external combination of challenges.
The 401k match is pretty generous.
The bonus structure is great.
Great collaboration and willingness to step in when help is needed.
Solving unique problems. It is the most rewarding part of the job.
There is a ton of support structures in place to help ground level employees.
Bonus structure and commitment to pay out as close to max as possible is great.
Solving client and team member problems. It just feels good to get a problem solved.
For the most part, Consilio hires professionals and trusts them to do professional work without micromanagement.
The flexibility to identify problem areas and the commitment of the larger team to help fix them.
Active work to find out what is working and what is not and committing resources to fix those issues over time.
I appreciate how supportive the team is. Every accommodation cannot always be made, but concerns are heard and people try to address them.
The team is very forward looking and seeks to get on top and ahead of industry trends while not rushing products to market to capture buzz.
The team is asked to do a ton in terms of evolving their approach to match with the new parent company and they do wonderfully with that.
Having such a large remote work force can make it challenging to connect, but the company tries different angles at getting people together for chat and virtual functions.
Despite being spread out across the world, the team brings great energy every day to challenging work. And team members' willingness to help one another is amazing to see.
