I will have been here two years on August 31st. I have enjoyed my work, and it has flown by. I was very glad to be put on the SSBU Team. I am very happy to be here.

Proud to work at Consilio. I enjoy all the updates and quarterly town halls and the networking activities that are provided so that we all feel like we matter.

Being busy and having happy and satisfied customers.

They communicate on a regular basis with their employees.

It is diverse and there are opportunities for advancement.

The team is professional and hard working; therefore, we all seem to have the same mindset.

They openly communicate with all employees across the globe. They are informative and are willing to listen.

All cultures are accepted. People share with each other across the board, both workwise and outside of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work that I do and am very good at it. I like helping clients. If they are successful, then I am successful.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation for my position is fair compared to my position in other markets. The time off and having back up coverage when I am off is a big plus.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share information. We cover each other when out of the office. We assist each other with tasks when needed. We all care about our work and satisfying our clients.
