The team is very flexible and assumes the best intentions of their colleagues.

I think they do a great job of being transparent about the factors that lead to decisions which impact my job.
What makes you most happy at work?
I find great fulfillment in the collaborative relationships I have built with colleagues who also take seriously the responsibility we have to 'lean-in' with each other, and with our clients.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Adjusting it to reflect my comparative value. I think the biggest issue is the comp relative to peers/lower roles/new hires, and to people who contribute a lower value to the company compared to their comp.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the way we have given verticals the license to germinate new ideas in a smaller scale before bringing them to the larger group showcases our flexibility in balancing adaptability and innovation with economies of scale.
