Solving a problem, making others happy, finishing projects on time.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel we make valuable contributions to the company, but at review time that is not appropriately reflected. Training for our roles seemed to have been cut with LinkedIn Training as a replacement. The options available are extremely limited.
