Helping each other out, friendly, hard working, skilled.

Working conditions and benefits, setting realistic goals and targets for the business, correctly integrating new acquisitions and finishing this process before running after the next one.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment from the company I worked at before the Consilio acquisition was great and has mostly lasted, but is being slowly eroded by the overall corporate America approach of Consilio.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Pay and benefits, focus is on an American model and the American business, change is imposed top down and never collaboratively, miraculously the Consilio way always turns out to be the best way of doing things, even when it's not. EBITDA is always used to punish never reward.
