Investing in the team, salary amendments have been extremely poor.

What used to make me happy was working hard and being paid well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Extremely poor annual renumeration labelled "cost of living increase" that was 2% which wasn't even close to covering the annual cost of living increase. Bonuses are also extremely poor, all of which leads to a demotivated team, which has been noticed. I am here to work hard and be rewarded to do so
