There is no benefit for employees, there is no growth here. If a concern is raised it is brushed off and not even considered. The only positive is the few members of my team who are good to work with. Management is bad

The leadership team doesn't consider employee retention. When a concern is raised, no action is taken from the leadership team to resolve it or even consider it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market correction to my compensation. Given we were hired during a WFH role being this organization has given no benefit post return to office. Salary is lower than new hires and no justification is provided.
