My previous company was acquired, so I was part of an integration. There were bumps along the way, but ultimately I ended up working in a department I love with a group that encourages investment, community, and teamwork.

Working with my team. I feel like we can accomplish whatever is sent our way.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Collaboration. I really appreciate the effort to connect team members in the remote work environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like the effort put in to connecting employees with the leadership team, through consilio world and global calls.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't really have a favorite part of the compensation package, but I do love Bonusly. Being able to give and receive recognition is so much fun and helps connect team members.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team communicates and collaborates very effectively. We are all just a teams chat or phone call away. We all seem to have the same level of investment in achieving initiatives and bettering our department.
