What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive is definitely teamwork and helping each other out.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together. We care about each other both professionally and personally and have each other's best interest at heart. I would not want to be on any other team.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The culture of a company comes from the top down. Consilio, to me, feels like a big city with a small town feel. The majority of the people here are helpful and friendly. There is a real team mentality.
