They are forward thinking, innovative, and human. They also take an active interest in your career goals and really strive to provide an environment that will allow you to grow and thrive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401(k) match is excellent. It's also great that you only have to be at the company for one month to take advantage of all of the benefits. The medical benefits I feel could be a bit better, but everything else is excellent!
