What do you like best about the leadership team?
The are very real and down to earth. They definitely care and want the best experience for the clients and the employees.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It seems the market is driving the salaries higher for roles several levels below me, meaning that the roles are coming in potentially making higher than their managers and/or peers. I think there needs to be an adjustment in the PFTL and up compensation to make things more equitable.
