Overall this is a great place to work, as with all organizations things are not always constant, sometimes projects move extremely slowly while other times everything moves at a rapid pace.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation package is well thought out and reasonable. There is room for improvement, in particular increases over the last 2-3 years could have taken cost of living increases at a base; I know that inflation has impacted some more than others.
