My overall experience is very positive, I've grown so much since joining and made meaningful connections. learned a lot from everyone. Some things I don't like is that IT teams are working so much during holidays, weekends, overtime and ability to spend quality time with family.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most positive are the colleagues, everyone super collaborative. What I don't like is the amount of work, working in the weekends/holidays, we should find alternative ways to do things

What makes me the most happy is collaborating with different teams. What makes me unhappy is the amount of work the IT teams are doing, working overtime, in the weekends, during holidays
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think the location where an employee lives should be taken under consideration. I don't think it's fair that for the same position someone that lives in California/NY (expensive states) should be paid the same as someone who lives in Texas, Kansas, etc.
