Overall experience is good. Some times feel challenged, but the team work kicks in and we are able to address most challenges. Feel like can't take vacation at times due to fluctuations in work hours lately, proactive to keep busy, but periodic downtimes, though I try to avoid them, occur.

That all care about each other and the work and fostering a positive environment and are willing to listen and work together to address any challenges that arise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is great about positive outlook, motivation, responsive and ready to work as a team. No complaints. Do think there are some gaps that need improvement with all integrations have had, but do see the proactive effort to accomplish this. Thank you for all everyone does.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comp package is good, only one comment that is better communication about when it is paid out earlier, more in advance. Benefits, wish there was more flexiblity re 401 k cashing out, borrowing against. Company does all they can re insurance, but the out of pocket, mosly costs are getting tougher.
