The leaders of my structured teams organization show trust and support the flexibility needed to deliver the best results for our clients. At the same time, they create space for and foster collaboration and team work, and provide additional support when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Urgent client requests can stack. Systems for rapid, coordinated support needed. Hypo: projects A, B, & C submit simultaneous requests with same-day turnaround. Tasks will take 16 hours. All team members and managers busy. EE is left with no good choices. Missed deadlines, unhappy client, EE burnout
