I have very little knowledge or overall experience with Consilio. I was put into a client environment so quickly tha my internal team exposure is so limited. I have asked my management about learning opportunities and other options and have not received response.

What makes you most happy at work?
I like the work that I do, from a task level. The contractor role of maintaining high level customer service for a client that is unsupportive is very difficult.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My team management does not understand the nuance of my client role and the difficult straddle of essentially being a dual employee. Protecting the contract is valued higher than me as an employee.

I have extremely limited access to Consilio leadership and culture because of being embedded within a client environment. Involvement in Consilio activities is extra work beyond my normal work week. It’s difficult to engage and
