Overall Experience is good with the company. Love being part of this company. Just one suggestion to expand a bit in the north India zone (Mostly Chandigarh having the best scope), as the city Gurgaon doesn't suit well at first and it's really hectic to adjust here.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some requirements, such as 12 days working from the office, could be reconsidered as 8 days from the office, which is more practical and achievable. Alternatively, if feasible, opening a branch in Chandigarh could significantly ease travel challenges for employees based in that region.
