What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Once again, communication. We need real, honest insights into what Consilio is going and how we are doing and less fluff communications that only "feel good" content. There needs to be a balance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There used to be a focus on working together for a common goal and everyone's could voice an opinion. In the last two years that has gone away and it is a "us versus them" mentality across departments. There is no one Consilio - even within departments there are too many agendas an no copperation
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with Consilio since 2010, starting as a contract reviewer and moving up. When I was a made a employee, I came in low. It is nine years and 5 promotions later and I am still low and watching people with less experience coming in at significantly higher salaries. Why am I still here?
