Getting to really know them makes them my work family. You may not like every single person on the team but everyone is respected.

We are all living the same life at work. We work hard, support each other and most people are willing to jump in and help even on something that may not be "theirs".
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have the team mentality and my manager communicates with me on a professional and personal level. And they genuinely care about the people on the team. It isn't just words that are spoken but their actions as well.
