I spend too many days just feeling frustrated in my position. I often feel overwhelmed and at the same time underutilized. I don't feel that I'm able to use my best skills as I'm too busy drowning in the weeds most days.

They are very collaborative and always willing to help!
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy when I'm able to solve a client's need without jumping through hoops internally
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the collaborative nature of my team members as well as certain other individuals that I've had the opportunity to connect with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think the structure of my compensation plan is in line with the effort that is put in. A very large portion of my plan feels unattainable which is frustrating based on the time, effort, and ownership that I take in my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the transparency on how the organization is doing. When it's good - they share that with us. When it's not going the way we'd like - they still share it with us. The townhall meetings and quarterly updates are extremely valuable and I think the team tries to communicate top down.
