In most cases, my colleagues will assist as best they can and typically will handle correctly. There is a confidence level in my colleagues.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should not be lockstep for all categories of employee. I believe I am more valuable as someone who has been at Consilio for multiple years versus someone here a shorter time.
