The culture has always been uplifting and team centric. We collectively make our projects work.
Everyone on my team is polite and they always try to help one another or the team to get results.
My attention to detail surpasses some of lateral team's work and when I spot issues in work product, I resolve those issues and bring it to my supervisors to confirm my approach is correct. Supervisors agree with me but rarely follow through on correcting issues at a larger scale.
