My experience has been positive. I did not have a lot of experience with virtual review when I started, but the team leads got me up to speed very quickly. They were helpful and encouraging. As time went by, I found the company stable and pleasant. I am offered more projects than I can take.

Benefits are weak, but they are in most places now.

Quick responses and open communication. No games. Honest exchanges.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've worked a lot of Consilio projects over several years. They are honest about projects, helpful at times when things are disrupted, and courteous, professional, and open. Good people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At every stage I find the Consilio team to be courteous, receptive, helpful. There are several review firms that treat their hires like filth. Not at Consilio! I have seen them go to bat for their reviewers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Consistency. There is a quick response as litigation issues evolve, but those responses are almost always well organized, thought out, clearly communicated and effective. Drama and chaos is sometimes brought in, but that doesn't last. The firm culture is stable, courteous, and diligent.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Consilio is professional, consistent, and a courteous firm in my experience. Work is relatively steady, and if you do your job you will be contacted again. They don't spin up projects that evaporate, or last few days than the promised weeks. Consilio is my go to firm for review projects.
