Undercutting for all new hires because India head is incompetent and underpaid
No insurance no benefit excepting a coffee machine which as per the management is a great benifit that the company offers
Health insurance will be a good place to start

Upper management is just involve in getting more money from client no proper team managment

My overall experience with the company through the last 4 years working there have been great. Fast moving, lots to learn from our CEO.
